Orange stimulates creativity and ambition along with energetic
activity. It can also generate pride and a sense of preservation
of self and others. But excessive exposure to orange can produce
great nervousness and restless behaviour. Many fruits and vegetables
are orange or orange - red in colour, and thus making them a
colour of nourishment. Orange represents attraction of elements
working as a cohesive atomic force.
Being half red and half yellow orange can be either a classifier colour
or a declassifier colour depending on the brightness or darkness of its
shading. As a classifier, Orange is a pivotal colour for a person making
a buying decision. Also in the classifying mode, orange in general, appeals
to just a limited number of people. As a declassifier, orange moves into
another range and appeals to a larger percentage of the population causing
more people to react positively to an orange object or concept. The physiological
effects of orange colour are: The appetite elevates and increases . You
are good natured, enjoy being with other people, and are swayed by outside
opinions. You do good work, have strong loyalities, feel good will and
possess a solicitous heart. However, unwarranted feelings of elation often

Orange
combines red and yellow rays and its healing power is greater
than that of either red or yellow alone. Orange stimulates the thyroid
glands and depresses the parathyroid. It expands the lungs and has an
antispasmodic effect on muscle cramps. It also aids calcium metabolism,
acts as an emetic and increases the pulse rate. But orange does not effect
blood pressure. It stimulates lactation after
child birth when a new mother wears orange clothing. Orange also acts
on the spleen and pancreas to help assimilation and circulation.
