that the Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cencer, Leo, Virgo,
Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricornus, Aquarius and
Pisces are governed according to seven gems, viz., coral,
diamond, emerald, pearl, ruby, yellow sapphire and
blue sapphire respectively.
In the cetegory of the above gems, two
gems, viz., hessonite (the Dragon's Head) and Cat's eye (the Dragon's
,
Tail) are not included. According to Indian astrology,
both the Dragon's Head (Rahu) and the Dragon's Tail
(Ketu) are shadow planets and as such have no zodiac
signs of their own, however, they have immense effect,
good and evil, on human life. A person affected by the
position (dastha) of the Dragon's Head or the Dragon's
Tail should wear hessonite for the Dragon's Head and
Cat's eye for the Dragon's Tail.
